Sikles Trek is the best choice for the short trek through the Gurung village and dense forest. It has located at the altitude of 1,981m, above the Madi Khola (Madi River). Annapurna Conservation Area (ACA) is responsible for managing and conserving the route of Sikles Trek. Through the trek, we can enjoy the impressive view of a Mountain and Rough terrain. It is also known as the royal trek as Prince Charles had a trek in this area in 1980. This village comprises 850 households, mostly Gurung located on the ridges of a hill. Generally, people prefer this trek as this trek offers a remarkable experience and amazing views of mountains. It is a wonderful camping trekking, which begins from Pokhara. It is one of the finest trek, that unfolds the natural beauty in Nepal.

Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu

As you land in Kathmandu, at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will find our representative to welcome you to the Airport, without doing any delay, you will transfer to your selected Hotel in Kathmandu. In the evening you will meet your guide, he will provide some necessary information regarding the trek.

Day 2
Additional and Arrangement Day in Kathmandu:

Before moving toward Pokhara, you will have an additional day in Kathmandu. You can spend the day according to your desire. A day will be enough to visit some famous heritage sites, restaurants of Kathmandu. However, you can also shop for some personal trekking gear such as medicine, Trekking shorts, Sunscreen.

Day 3
Drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu (800m.)- 7hours.

Early in the morning, after breakfast, you will be darting toward Pokhara by bus. It will take almost 7 hours to reach Pokhara, the beautiful lake city. Through the way, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Mt. Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, and much more. You will reach in the late afternoon. You will transfer to your Hotel. In the evening time, you can visit nearby places of Pokhara, such as lakeside Pokhara, one of the well-known tourist destinations of Nepal. Overnight at Pokhara.

Day 4
Pokhara- Drive to Bhurung Khola to Ghale Kharka(1669m) 4 hours.

Early in the morning, your trek of Sikles begins from Pokhra. In the beginning, you will be heading toward Ghale Kharka. It will take almost 4-5 hours to reach Ghale Kharka. During the trek, you will have a splendid view of the Annapurna range of Mountain, Gurung Village.

Day 5
Trek from Ghale kharka to Sikles (1980m), 6-7 hours.

Next morning you will have a trek toward Sikles village. The trek duration will be of 5-6 hours. You will be doing some uphill trek. A pleasant trek that offers you a breathtaking impressive view of mountains and villages, which is the most village in the Annapurna region after Poonhil. You will have your dinner at the homestay. Overnight at Sikles.

Day 6
Trek from Sikles to Taprang ( Same Day Parse Viewpoint 2200m.)

From Sikles village, the next morning will begin your trek toward Taprang. You will reach Taprang within 5-6 hours from Sikles. You will tramp through the wonderful route of your hike. You can have a sight of a close-up view of the Mountains. You can also observe the Gurung Lifestyle and Magar local and their typical village. Overnight at Taprang.

Day 7
Trek from Taprang to Pokhara Vai Yangjakot

The next day early in the morning will be leaving Taprang and head toward Pokhara vai Yangjakot. You will have your lunch at Yangjakot. You will stop your hiking at Yangjakot. After having lunch at Yangjakot, you will be driving to Pokhara, which will take almost one hour to reach Pokhara.

Day 8
Spare Day in Pokhara

Before darting toward Kathmandu, you will have a free day in Pokhara. If you are fascinated, you can also Scrutinize the beautiful lake city Pokhara. Pokhara is one of the famous tourist destinations of Nepal. In Pokhara, you can experience the adventure, beauty of lakes. You can enjoy boating, pony rides, paragliding, bungee, or you can relax at one of the several lakes in the valley. Most of the visitors prefer to stop before or after finishing Sikles trek.

Day 9
Drive back to Kathmandu

After Pokhara, we will be heading toward Kathmandu. You will get your snakes and lunch on the way. You will reach Kathmandu in the late afternoon. You can take rest in your hotel and in the evening time, you can roam nearby places, visit the Thamel area, which is a perfect place to visit in the evening time.

Day 10
Departure to an International Airport.

Before the few hours of the departure flight, our representative will take you to the Tribhuvan International Airport. In your free time, you can still visit some nearby restaurants if you want.
