Shivapuri Trekking is a very short and pleasant trip as part of around Kathmandu valley which is suitable for busy who do not have sufficient time for a long trekking. Shivapuri treks which can be completed within a short period of time are undertaken mostly within Nepal’s youngest Shivapuri National Park. During the this trek, the trekkers can observe beautiful landscape and great views of Himalayas. You can see Manaslu 8163m, Ganesh Himal, Langtang himalaya ranges, Dorje Lakpa, Shisa Pangma, Rolwaling Ranges, Everest. You could make it shorter "Ale Danda-Shivapuri-KTM" (3 Days) as well.
Itinerary
Day 01 : Arrive in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel.
Day 02 : Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley.
Day 03 : Drive to Kakani (1.5 hours) & trek to Aale Danda (3 hours)
Day 04 : Aale Danda – Shivapuri 2400m. (4 hours)
Day 05 : Shivapuri- Chisapani 2200m. (6hrs.)
Day 06 : Chisapani – Nagarkot 2000m. (6hrs.)
Day 07 : Nagarkot – Kathmandu by Drive via Bhaktapur
Day 08 : Kathmandu Extra Day
Day 09 : Departure to Home
