Day 01: Arrival to Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel 
Day 02: Sight Seeing in Kathmandu Valley/Prepare for Trekking
Day 03: Kathmandu – Besisahar-Chamje 8/9hrs.
Day 04: Chamje –Bagarchhap 2160m. 6hrs,6/7 hrs,940m-ascent 
Day 05: Bagarchhap – Koto 2700m.)6 hrs. , 500m. ascent
Day 06: Koto – Methang Pati 3560m. 6hrs. Tibetan Landscape
Day 07: Methang Pati – Meta 4400m. 6hrs.
