6hrs.(1000m-ascent, 200m-descent), slope up to jorsale through Dudh koshi river bank, Everest National Park office and climb up to Namche through 120m high bridge with the first view of Mount Everest. 

Day 5: Namche Bazaar: Acclimatization Day

Day 6: Namche – Tengboche 3800m. 

5hrs. 350m-descent, 750m-ascent, Flat path for a bit with the nice views of Panoroma including Everest than walk down to river side Phngi Tenga and all the way climb up to tengboche (Intresting Monastery-Nice views). 

Day 7: Tengboche – Dingboche 4400m.

4hrs. 570m-descent, 100m-ascent. First part is very easy walk through rhododendrun forest than crossimg the Imja river than lillle climp to Pangboche village. Continue slope up walk to Dingboche villave with the closest view of Amadablum mountain.  

Day 8 : Dingboche – Chhukung  4730m. -Dingboche

Acclimatization day, 2:30 hrs, 330m-ascent. Today we can make side trip to Chhukung, if possible we try to climp Chhukung Ri 5546m. we can see Nice views of Imjatse Lake,Island Peak, Makalu and others. 

Day 9 : Dingboche – Lobuche 4930m. 

4/5 hrs. 600m-ascent, The trail leads short climb to stupa than slope up to Thugla with the view of tawache-cholatse-chola pass ridge - ice lake and Lobuche peak. From Thugla all the way climb up to stone monuments in memory of climbers who died in Everest.  

Day 10: Lobuche – Gorek Sep 5100m. 

3hrs. 250m-ascent, today we start early morning from lobuche and stop in Goraksep, we put our luggage in room than continue to Everest Base camp 5310m, through Khumbu Glacier. After visiting to EBC we walk down to Gorak Sep.

Day 11: Gorak sep – Phiriche  4240m.

4hrs. 940m-descent, Today we also start early morning to reach up to Kalapaththar 5555m for One of the best view of Mount Everest and walk down to Gorak sep have some food than continue walk down to Phiriche. in Phiriche we can fell much more easier than EBC. There is Rescue hospital. 

Day 12: Phiriche – Phortse 3800m.

5/6hrs. 440m-descent, From Phiriche the trails leads to Pangboche village than walk to opposite side of Tengboche. Nice views bit Narrow path than main way to phortse (Shrepa Local village).  

Day 13: Tengboche – Namche Bazaar 3450m.

5hrs. 400m-descent, 500m-ascent. Walk down to Phortse tenga to the river side and all the way climb up to Mong Danda 3700m. than trek down to Kyanjuma and continue to Namche.   

Day 14: Namche – Phakding 2610m.

4/5 hrs.-800m descent, all the way walk down to Phakding.   

Day 15: Phakding – Lukla 2800m.
