Lhasa-Everest Base Camp trek starts with a wonderful Himalayan flight to Lhasa from Kathmandu. Within this one hour flight you will get an opportunity to view spectacular Himalayan view. After arrive at Lhasa, you will be visiting places like Jokhang Temple, Barkhor market, Potala Palace, Sera and Drepung monasteries. After finishing the tour at Lhasa,  you will leave to Gyantse from Lhasa on the way of which you will pass through Yamadroke Lake and very high passes at 5,000m. Then, you will go for sightseeing in Gyantse after which you will drive to Xigatze in the evening through the typical Tibetan countryside.  In Xigatse you will visit the Panchen Lama’s Tashilhumpu Monastery in morning and drive to Tingri crossing over Gyatchula (a pass of 5,200m) in the evening ending up today's journey. In Ronbuk you get a chance to visit the highest monastery in the world and visit the Everest Base Camp. You can rent a horse cart to travel to the Base camp or you can walk.  On the way back from Ronbok you will enjoy viewing the extraordinary view of Mt. Sishapagma & Mt. Cho Oyo and passing by several beautiful waterfalls to the Nepal-Tibet Border.

Day 01: Kathmandu/Lhasa (By Flight) 
After Breakfast, we will transfer you to Kathmandu Airport in the morning. You will fly for about an hour over the panoramic Himalayan Ranges to the capital of Tibet. "Lhasa”. Lhasa at an altitude of 3,650 Mt, is situated on the north bank of Kyichu River. Lhasa in Tibetan means "Place of the Gods", the residence of the Dalai Lama., on arrival you will be met by the local representative and transferred to your respective hotel. (60 km/1hr). Full rest in the afternoon to acclimatize. Overnight at hotel in Lhasa. 
Day 02: Sightseeing in Lhasa
After breakfast proceed for full day sightseeing of Potala Palace, and & Norbulinka. Potala Palace, this legendary palace built atop a single hill is synonymous with Tibet by the first foremost king Songtsen Gompa. Norbulingka meaning 'Treasure Park' covers an area of around 360000 sq. m. and is considered to be the biggest man made garden in Tibet. After sightseeing you will be transferred to hotel for your Overnight at hotel in Lhasa.  
Day 03:  Sightseeing in Lhasa
After breakfast full day sightseeing of Sera Monastery, Jokhang Monastery, Barkhor Market. Sera Monastery, 5 Kms north of Lhasa, Sera setting is one of Lhasa's prettiest monasteries. Once a community of more than 5,000 monks resided here and was virtually extinguished by the Chinese. Jokhang Temple, situated in the heart of Old Lhasa, it houses Tibet's most precious religious relic, a golden Shakyamuni Buddha which was brought as a gift by the Chinese Princess Wen Cheng on the occasion of her wedding to the Tibetan King, Songtsen Gompo. Barkhor Market place, which is the religious and social focus of Lhasa. After Sightseeing you will be transferred to hotel for your Overnight at hotel in Lhasa.  
Day 04: Drive to  Gyantse (3950m) 250 Km to Shigatse (3900m) 90 Km.
Drive to Gyantse via Yamadroke Lake and high passes: Kora LA (5,010m) & Kamba La (4,794m) – Sight-seeing in Gyantse including Pholkor & Kumbum Monastery. PM: scenic drive to Xigatse(1.5hrs) through the typical Tibetan Countryside –  Hotel.
Day 05: Drive to Shakye Monastery-Xegar (4,100m): 270km.
AM: Visit Panchen Lama’s Tashilhumpu Monastery. Then Drive to Xegar via Shakya Monastery crossing over Gyatchula (a pass of 5,200m) – O/N at Guest House
Day 06:  Xegar –Drive to  Ronbuk (4,980m): Aprox 90km.
Scenic drive to Ronbuk through the beautiful Tibetan countryside. Explore Ronbuk Monastery (highest monastery in the world) – O/N at Guest House.
Day 07 Ronbuk – Everest BC – Nyalam (3700m) 315km
Rent a horse cart or walk to the Everest BC and explore around – back to Ronbuk – and further to Nyalam Via over-crossing the high pass of lulang La (5,050m) from where one can enjoy the magnificent view of the Mt. Xishapagma (8,212m) & Mt. Cho Oyu (8,201m) and have overnight at Nyalam.
Day 08: Nyalam/Zhangmu – Kathmandu: 155km/123km
After necessary border formalities continue scenic drive to Kathmandu through the green lush countryside- transfer to your Hotel. End of tour.
