Annapurna Circuit Trek

Summary:  Walk completely around the Annapurna massif. Trek through lowland villages to the remote Manang region, and down the Kali Gandaki River. Cross a 5416m pass (thorong-la) probably the highest you’ll get without climbing the mountain. 
Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival to Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel 
Day 2: Sight Seeing in Kathmandu Valley and Prepare for Trekking
(Pashupatinath- Boudhanath- Swoyambhunath- Patan Durbar Sq.) 
Day 3: Kathmandu – Besisahar  7hrs by land
Overnight Stay at Besisahar Or Short walk to Bhulbhule 
Day 4: Besisahar – Bahundanda 1300m. 6hrs.  510m Ascent
Day 5: Bahundanda –Chamje 1410m. 6hrs.- 420m-ascent, 260m-descent
Day 6: Chamje – Bagarchhap 2160m.  6hrs. 6/7 hrs., 940m-ascent 
Day 7: Bagarchhap – Chame 2710m.)6 hrs. , 500m. ascent
Day 8: Chame – Pisang (3240m.)  5hrs.,  640m.-ascent
Day 9: Pisang – Manang (3540m.) 4 hrs., 350m-ascent 
Day 10: Manang Rest for Acclimatization 
(Hike to the Bhojo Monastery and Glacial Lake) 
Day 11: Manang – Yak Kharaka (4110m.) 4 hrs.- 600m-ascent 
Day 12: Yak Kharka – Thorong Phedi (4450m.) 3hrs.,340m-ascent  
Day 13: Thorong Phedi – Muktinath 3800m. 8hrs., 1040m-ascent
(Same Day 5416m. Thorong-la Pass than 1620m-descent )
Day 14: Muktinath – Jomsom 2700m.  5hrs, 1100m-descent  
Day 15: Jomsom – Kalopani 6hrs, all the way flat 
Day 16: Kalopani – Tatopani(Hot Spring) 6hrs, 1400m-descent 
(alternative route via Ghorepani extra 2days 
Day 17. Tatopani – Pokhara by Land (Via Beni)  
Day 18: Pokhara – Kathmandu 7hrs. 
Day 19: Kathmandu Extra Day (Shooping) 
Day 20: Departure
